How can Blue Cross help?
It can be difficult to process and discuss your feelings over the loss of a pet, especially if you don’t feel supported by those around you.
- Trained Blue Cross volunteers are here to support you. Blue Cross PBSS volunteers have themselves experienced pet loss. They are fully trained to offer you emotional support, any day you need it.
- You can talk about and work through the loss of your dog or cat. This is available in a safe, confidential, and judgement-free space.
- Once your cover starts, you’ll have access to a dedicated Petsure support line. Calls to Blue Cross are completely free and don’t count as a claim on your policy. You can find this exclusive number in your MyPetsure Account or by reaching out to our claims team on 0333 009 0998.
